About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist - Pricing and Billing Analyst to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This critical role plays a pivotal part in managing client agreements and ensuring deliverables are met by working closely with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Database Management: Manage day-to-day workflow requirements of the Pricing Database efficiently.
  • Client Agreement Management: Accurately record, monitor, and maintain client agreements within the Practice Management system.
  • Pricing Model Resolution: Resolve queries regarding agreed pricing models in a timely manner.
  • Billing Support: Provide support to the Billing and e-billing teams and the wider business through bill posting and assisting with billing and rates inquiries.
  • Standard Rate Review Process: Assist in the annual Standard Rate Review Process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A sound knowledge of Aderant (CMS), BillBlast, and e-billing platforms is preferred.
  • A keen attention to detail and effective organisational skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills will enable you to excel in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills will facilitate effective collaboration with the business.
  • Candidate must be customer-focused, anticipating work needs and following through with minimal direction.

Earnings Estimate:

We estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on market standards for a Financial Services Specialist - Pricing and Billing Analyst in Australia. However, please note that actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
