Requirements

  • Experience working in employment services, preferably in Disability Employment Services.
  • End-to-end case management experience is essential.
  • A deep understanding of the significant barriers faced by people living with a disability and long-term unemployment is crucial.
  • Excellent networking skills and willingness to conduct business development activities with local businesses and community organizations are required.
  • Ability to mentor and coach job seekers through the job search process is vital.
  • Demonstrated qualities of resilience, empathy, integrity, and compassion are necessary.
  • A good understanding of local labor market issues is essential.
  • A results-focused approach and ability to work towards key performance indicators and targets are expected.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Effective communication skills are crucial.
  • A driving license and willingness to travel locally are required.
