  • Training, Mentoring, And Supporting Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs, Cooks, And Stewards, Helping Them Grow And Succeed.
  • Fostering A Positive, Team-Oriented Kitchen Culture Built On Respect, Passion, And Collaboration.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie who has:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a Demi Chef or similar, with a strong passion for Italian cuisine and demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider.
  • Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is highly regarded.
