Statistical Consultant Role

As a Statistical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing specialist statistical advice on methods used to produce high-quality official statistics. This role involves generating timely new insights through analysis of data and identifying, researching, implementing, and maintaining innovative statistical solutions.

This position requires strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in statistics or a related field, including experience with data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist statistical advice on methods used to produce high-quality official statistics
  • Generate timely new insights through analysis of data
  • Identify, research, implement, and maintain innovative statistical solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
