Ampersand International is seeking a dedicated Marketing & Communications Manager to enhance the visibility of our esteemed law practice.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing and Product Development: Collaborate with various departments to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Location: Sydney
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Full-time or Part-time Position
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 including superannuation
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the business development and legal teams to craft and implement marketing initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Your duties will encompass:
- Formulating and executing annual marketing plans and data-driven strategies.
- Creating innovative marketing materials.
- Leading thought leadership public relations and communication campaigns.
- Designing and executing integrated marketing initiatives addressing client challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity within a professional services setting, preferably in law.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for writing and communication.
