Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our upcoming projects across various sectors, including Defence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and delivering projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

  • Strong experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Government or defence project experience is preferred but not essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing construction contracts and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with various delivery methodologies, including Full Documentation / Fixed Lump Sum and Design & Construct is necessary.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • The candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in leading teams and developing business relationships is essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively is vital.
  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
