Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee the delivery of high-impact projects.

  1. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing project risk, quality, and progress to meet organisational standards and deadlines.
  2. A proven track record of leading small project teams, including coordination with consultants and vendors, is essential.
  3. Experience with developing, negotiating, and overseeing contracts or project agreements is also required.
  4. The successful candidate will be able to proactively manage project risks, applying relevant frameworks to maintain quality and project integrity.
  5. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to control costs, adhere to schedules, and maintain project scope and work quality.

About You

  • A relevant project management certification, along with significant project management experience in complex environments, is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders, are required.
  • Experience with identifying and implementing change management strategies is also desirable.
  • The ability to prepare detailed and informative reports on project progress is essential.
