Senior Course Operations Manager

- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistent application.
- Lead and coordinate scholarly activities and professional development for higher education staff.
- Collaborate on external articulation arrangements, moderation processes, and academic benchmarking.
- Work with the dean on organizational goals, including marketing, finance, admissions, and alumni relations.
- Doctorate in Counselling or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial and teaching roles at the degree and/or post-graduate level.
- Ongoing learning commitment with an annual allocation of 20 hours for professional development.
