Our Recruitment Process:

  1. Online Application: Submit your application online with a resume and answer the online application questions in place of a cover letter.
  2. Video Interview: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a video interview to learn more about them and what attracted them to this role.
  3. Assessment Centre: Selected candidates will attend an assessment centre lasting 2-3 hours, allowing them to find out more about the organization and complete individual and group assessments.
  4. Psychometric Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will complete an online assessment consisting of a general ability test and personality questionnaire.
  5. Formal Interview: Successful candidates will participate in an individual interview over Microsoft Teams.
  6. Pre-employment Medical & Offer: Selected candidates will complete a pre-employment medical and subsequent offer to join our Sales Cadetship Program.
