We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in multiple systems, including Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Balance customer demands and multitask in a fast-paced customer contact environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various levels of the organization to drive performance excellence.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the employee experience, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar corporate or call center environment.
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to multitask while on the phone with customers.
- Experience in real estate roles such as leasing consultant or property manager is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication, positive language, active listening, and empathy.
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer problems in a timely manner through strong analysis and decision-making skills.
