TV and Sound Device Product Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a dedicated product management team and drive the success of our TV and Sound Device category in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy, including pricing, marketing, and sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.

  • Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with local market requirements
  • Define pricing strategies and execute promotional plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage demand forecasting, sales deduction planning, and tactical promotional planning within budget constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of category vision, strategy, and tactics

In addition to these responsibilities, the TV and Sound Device Product Manager will:

  • Work closely with the Director, Audio Visual to develop the category group's vision and strategy
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across business divisions and HQ/RHQ
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients and manage development of promotional and collateral materials
  • Provide regular updates on sales status and expectation, analyzing shortfall and oversales causes

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 10+ years of relevant product marketing/management experience
  • Well-developed leadership experience, with prior experience leading and coaching a team of direct reports
  • Proven ability to achieve budgeted targets and revenue targets
  • Commercial acumen and ability to accurately forecast and manage P&L with strong attention to detail
  • Strong creative, strategic thinking skills, with an ability to influence and present to all levels of the business
