Business Development Manager Tax Advisor

The opportunity is yours: As a Business Development Manager Tax Advisor you will develop key relationships with existing and new client base across various industries. You will assist in shaping and enhancing their business strategies using your tax expertise. Furthermore, you will have the chance to innovate and grow your skills within a comprehensive development program.

This role is hybrid based in Sydney, Australia. Your work environment can potentially be adjusted to accommodate flexible work arrangements with reduced hours. Please discuss potential options with us.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with significant clients in various sectors, including private businesses and high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and other entities.
  • Manage and deliver comprehensive tax compliance services, financial planning, and advisory functions for extensive client groups featuring multiple entity types such as companies, trusts, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior tax specialists to provide intricate tax advice to private corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and owners on specific matters like restructuring, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and trust issues.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience delivering Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities, high-net-worth individuals, and private family groups preferably gained at a mid-tier or Big-4 firm.
  • You genuinely value adding value to clients and team members.
