We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Compliance Manager to lead our Process Hazard Assessment (PHA) program across our 18 Industrial Ammonia plants in Australia.

This is a critically important role that will require a disciplined approach to defining and implementing initiatives, working collaboratively with different areas of the business, and reporting progress and risks to the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in similar roles, relevant qualifications in engineering or compliance, and previous experience in industrial plant processes. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Audits
  • PHA Program Administration and Documentation
  • PHA Opex and Capex budget planning
  • Developing/Reviewing PPM Policies and allocating to assets (MEX Management)
  • Monitoring & reporting on programme progress
  • Audit Preventative Maintenance PHA Work Orders
  • Co-ordinating and documenting meetings, decisions, notifications, communications
  • Engineering Incident Management
  • Development of Guidance Documents
  • Emergency Response Documents & Training
  • Compiling, Developing and Reviewing Procedures
  • Implementing & Managing Training Program
  • Ammonia Leak Register Management
