Job Title: Kids and Families Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to cover parental leave in our Kids and Families Team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to lead a high-performing team and make a significant impact on the growth and development of our family-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide leadership and direction to the Kids and Families Team during the period of parental leave, ensuring continuity of service delivery and maintaining high standards of performance.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management, with a track record of success in driving team performance and achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
