Disability Employment Coach

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Coach to deliver Disability Employment Services (DES) to our participants. This is a part-time role working from our Bundaberg Office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with travel to Childers and Gin Gin once a month.
As a Disability Employment Coach, you will coach and facilitate the program to create real opportunities, assist in the development of job-ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology, and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market.
Requirements of the role:
- Previous experience in coaching or facilitating (Disability)
- Ability to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting the DES program to employment services providers
- Proficient with technology
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Dynamic coach with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to promote our clients to potential employers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
