We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to provide high-quality care and education for children in our centre.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a vital role in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs for children. They will also provide leadership and guidance to other educators, build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Planning: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to other educators.
- Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
- Educating on Health and Safety: Educate on health, safety, and wellbeing of all children.
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in childcare settings.
- Knowledge of child development, learning, and behaviour management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership.
