The role of Chief Executive Officer is a leadership position that requires strong oversight of service delivery and commercial operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people leadership at executive level, financial and operational acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and respect.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a collaborative and practical approach.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in the disability or human services sector.
  • Executive level people leadership experience.
  • Financial and operational acumen.
  • Able to navigate complexity with clarity and respect.

A relevant degree is preferred but not essential.

The organization has a proud 65-year history of supporting people living with disability.

It operates as an approved NDIS provider, offering a broad range of services including accommodation, supported employment, day program, support coordination, plan management, and respite care.
