Leading Disability Services Director

Our organisation is a highly respected disability services provider with a proud history of supporting people living with disability.

We offer a broad range of services, including accommodation, employment, day programs, and respite care, to empower individuals to have choice and control in their lives.

With over 300 employees, including more than 50 supported workers, we foster an inclusive and accessible environment. Our mission is to enable people with disabilities to live the life they choose.

The organisation is committed to ongoing investment in independence and community-based care.

The Role

This senior leadership position reports directly to the board and oversees the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability services while ensuring operational stability and alignment across the organisation.

A strong leader with a deep understanding of the disability or human services sector will drive our vision forward.

Proven people leadership at executive level, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity are essential skills for this role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative approach, are also critical for success.

Experience in similar sectors would be highly valued.

This role is based in Bathurst and would suit someone already living in the region or looking to relocate.
