About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at ECi Executive. As a key member of our infrastructure and engineering division, you will play a critical role in the delivery of civil and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to address concerns and maintain high-quality relationships built on professionalism and trust.
  • Assist in developing project plans, establishing timelines, and identifying resource requirements.
  • Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to ensure safety standards are of the highest level.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and operations manager to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Australian civil construction experience, ideally in urban development, subdivisions, and roads infrastructure.
  • Minimum of 3 years in industry in a contracts administration, project coordination, or site/project engineering role.
  • Strong communicator, team player with career growth ambitions and excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented with a solid commercial acumen.
