About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Wormall Civil. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction crews to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage the selection and engagement of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Organise and manage materials, plant, and equipment to ensure they are available when needed.
  • Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Lead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil construction, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
