Project Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Wormall Civil. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across various locations in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, regulating bodies, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, WHS, and Quality standards.
- Prepare project take-offs, submit purchase orders, and ensure timely organization of products and materials.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare Variation Orders as required.
- Provide continuous feedback to stakeholders to maximize project efficiency.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Project Management, or working towards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- White card or willingness to obtain, and a current Driver's License valid in WA.
- Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
