About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Charters Towers branch and contribute to our Queensland state business plan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing partnerships with our valued customers across a broad territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of sales and operational staff with a focus on safety, employee engagement, and development.
  • Develop solid partnerships with customers across the territory.
  • Promote sales management processes and manage customers and territories.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop growth strategies to increase profit and create shareholder value.
  • Work with the State Manager QLD to develop and execute business strategies to deliver positive financial results and improved operational outcomes.

  • A demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and develop an inclusive high-performing team.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management and influencing skills.
  • An excellent customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • The ability to build constructive partnerships with internal peers and functions to achieve business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience within warehouse operations with a focus on safety, effective use of logistics systems, and processes.
