About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Charters Towers branch and contribute to our Queensland state business plan. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll nurture and grow partnerships with our valued customers across a broad territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team in external sales, customer service, and operations
  • Develop solid partnerships with customers across the territory
  • Promote sales management processes and manage customers and territories
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop growth strategies to increase profit and create shareholder value
  • Work with the State Manager QLD to develop and execute business strategies to deliver positive financial results and improved operational outcomes

About You

We're looking for an experienced leader and strategic thinker with an enthusiasm to see your team succeed. You'll bring:

  • A demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and develop an inclusive high-performing team
  • Exceptional customer relationship management and influencing skills
  • An excellent customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • The ability to build constructive partnerships with internal peers and functions to achieve business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience within warehouse operations with a focus on safety, effective use of logistics systems and processes
  • A collaborative and authentic connected leadership style
