Job Title: Delivery and Store Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Delivery and Store Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, pick and cross-check orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Operate a truck in a safe manner to undertake multi-drop deliveries.
  3. Unload food products from delivery vehicles to customers, handling cash transactions when required.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by putting the customer at the forefront of all activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory MR Truck Licence (or higher) with high-reach experience preferred.
  • Forklift Licence with cold storage experience required.
  • Able to physically load/unload containers and delivery vehicles with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
