We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tax Consultant to join our team, someone who possesses strong tax and accounting experience, excellent technical capability, and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from large private groups to small and mid-cap companies. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative tax team where your technical skills will be developed and your career progression supported.
- Prepare and review income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns, and tax effect accounting calculations.
- Assist with the preparation of private binding rulings and R&D tax incentive applications.
- Provide tax advice across various industries and client structures.
- Support senior colleagues on complex technical matters.
- Assist in delivering internal technical training and tax updates.
- Certified Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant qualified, or working towards completion.
- Strong background in tax and accounting, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical capability.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
