Dental Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a front desk dental professional to join our team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional patient service and contributing to a positive work environment.
About the Role- Meet and greet patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Manage appointment bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using HICAPS, EFT, and Medicare
- Handle patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Provide pre- and post-treatment support and information to patients
The ideal candidate will have intermediate computer skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate strong organisational and time management abilities.
Requirements- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software
