**The Position**

This dynamic role combines administrative duties with sales and patient liaison, focusing on providing comprehensive support for our clinicians' treatment recommendations. You'll ensure seamless end-to-end patient care, from case acceptance to follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an exceptional 'wow' experience to every patient
- Coordinate appointment bookings and detailed treatment plans
- Manage patient accounts, including financial arrangements
- Perform a variety of general office administrative tasks

**About You**
- Minimum of 2 years in administrative, reception or sales roles (experience in the dental or health industry is a plus but not mandatory)
- A personable, communicative, and enthusiastic individual
- A flexible team player excited to embrace new ideas and opportunities
- Proactive, motivated, and meticulously detail-oriented
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
