Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Sommelier or in a similar leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and production methods.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control is preferred.
  • WSET certification or equivalent is highly regarded.
  • Victorian RSA certificate is required.
