About the Role

The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies across the organization. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Thought Leadership in QA Practices
    • Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and guidelines
    • Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives
    • Drive the adoption of industry best practices in quality assurance
  • Lead and Execute Testing Strategies
    • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure software quality
    • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts
    • Lead the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks
  • Ensure Quality Software Delivery
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet quality and reliability standards
    • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives
    • Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reporting
  • Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on quality assurance best practices
    • Collaborate with junior team members to develop and maintain quality assurance standards and guidelines
    • Provide feedback and coaching to junior team members on quality assurance initiatives
    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in a Senior/ Test Lead role
    • Strong experience in UI and API automation testing
    • Ability to create and maintain automation frameworks for API, Web, Security & Performance Testing
    • Good knowledge of various programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python)
    • Previous experience leading and mentoring junior Test Engineers
