About the Role

The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies across the organization. This includes leading the design and execution of automated testing frameworks, ensuring that software meets the required quality standards, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Provide thought leadership in QA practices, driving improvements and ensuring that quality standards are met.
  • Testing Strategies: Develop and execute testing strategies, process improvements, and standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Test Automation: Design and implement automated testing frameworks for API, Web, Security, and Performance Testing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to deliver automated and manual tests, ensuring timely delivery of software milestones.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the team, ensuring that quality assurance standards are consistently met.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Senior/ Test Lead role, with a strong background in UI and API automation testing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python), and experience leading and mentoring junior Test Engineers.
