We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes or community settings.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting clients with medication management and administration
- Supporting clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Facilitating grocery shopping and community engagement with clients
Required qualifications include a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, as well as a current First Aid and CPR certification.
