We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Solutions Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Proptech software industry, with a strong understanding of residential real estate and commercial property management. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and interpret MRI's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing solutions to their unique business issues and strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with the broader sales team to share ideas, knowledge, and business development strategies
  • Drive and manage the sales process, targeting retention, expansion, and net new opportunities
  • Facilitate the sales administration process in SFDC and Hubspot
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of strategic sales/account management experience in the Proptech software industry or similar
  • Residential Real Estate experience preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated track record of adding value through client relationships to increase revenue over a sustained period
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives confidently and interpret/convey MRI's mission
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting to clients/prospects
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of technology and ability to absorb new systems and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred, but not required
  • SFDC and Hubspot experience preferred, but not required
