Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Network Service Manager to optimize repairer performance and ensure data integrity within our repair management system.
  • Conduct audits on invoicing costs and work with repairers to implement agreed processes, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic planning to enhance network coverage and efficiency.
  • Perform regular quality checks, reviews, and prepare performance reports to facilitate feedback and improvement plans for repair agents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling repair-related enquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of repairer contracts and documentation, providing complete data to the contracts team.
  • Organize quarterly meetings with key OEMs and high-volume repairers, and support annual audits of repair centers.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A basic understanding of customer service principles and practices, willingness to learn about repair management systems and industry-specific processes.
