Job Overview

As a Fresh Produce Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department.

About the Role
  • Leadership Requirements: Direct leadership experience is essential as you will need to lead and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Department Standards: You will be responsible for maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
  • Culture and Customer Service: You will drive a culture that celebrates success and puts your team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first while also delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
About You
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Key Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership skills, ability to look ahead, energise your team, deliver with pride, and provide excellent customer service are essential.
