Fresh Produce Department Leader

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

Key responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the fresh produce department
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
We are looking for an experienced retail leader who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
You will also have:
- A strong understanding of the retail industry and current market trends
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
