Produce Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth in our produce department.

As a leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of experienced sales assistants and providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Maintaining exceptional department standards through stock level monitoring, rotation routines, waste control, and quality control.
  • Fostering a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
  • Delivering outstanding shopping experiences for customers and meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Direct leadership experience with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A customer-focused mindset, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
