Digital Asset Management Professional

Transform the Digital Asset Management process and platform for a leading retailer.

This pivotal role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across the creative studio, marketing, and external agencies to transition digital assets to a new platform and establish new processes and cataloguing systems.

  • Set up and govern tagging across all assets
  • Work with creative agencies to ensure critical information is captured for uploaded assets
  • Support business users in locating and retrieving assets as required
  • Support distribution, publications, and delivery of assets for channels, personalization engines, and brand portal
  • Train and guide business users and partners to ensure they understand process and requirements
  • Create and maintain backlog for DAM enhancements
  • Manage workflows, permissions, user roles, licenses, and implementation of rights management

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience using an enterprise DAM platform such as Adobe AEM or similar
  • Cataloging, metadata schema, and taxonomy management experience
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation Solutions
  • Familiarity with creative marketing processes in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of web asset types and specifications
  • Familiarity with data governance principles, smart asset capability powered by AI
  • Project Management skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar systems
