We provide consulting, projects and operations solutions in 60 countries, employing around 35,000 people. Our company supports one of our long-term client partners within the Oil & Gas industry on an established Engineering Service Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Construction & Commissioning Manager, you will join a dedicated contract team responsible for delivering key construction activities.
  • You will have prior experience in either Onshore or Offshore LNG within an EPCM environment, with a focus on construction feasibility studies, schedules and estimates.
  • Scope of Work includes: Delivery of FEED deliverables associated with Construction activities, Creating access work packs, Input into constructability reviews, Providing inputs into project timelines, Coordinating with personnel offshore, Input into design and engineering to ensure Construction activities are optimized and the works scopes can be completed safely and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Suitably qualified with a degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (or a tertiary qualification supported with 5+ years of relevant industry experience).
  • Ideal experience in a similar role as a Construction Engineer within a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment, preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas / LNG industry.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – both written and verbal, Previous experience in a role of construction engineering and coordination working in a project multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience of interpreting discipline documentation, Sound knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS).
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technical specifications.
