We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Sustainable Futures Team in delivering high-quality consulting services in sustainable agriculture, Natural Resource Management (NRM), climate change, and related sectors.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mixed-Methods Evaluation (MEL) and experience in designing and delivering evaluation studies. They will also have excellent project management skills and the ability to build and sustain profitable business relationships.

  • Leading Complex Projects: The successful candidate will lead complex MEL projects, including designing and delivering evaluation studies using mixed-methods, and facilitating participatory MEL-design processes.
  • Project Management: They will lead small-medium MEL projects and support senior consultants to deliver complex MEL projects, including evaluation studies using mixed-methods and participatory MEL-design processes.
  • Business Development: This role involves engaging in business development activities to build and sustain profitable business relationships, including developing proposals, exploring partnership opportunities, attending events, networking, and staying informed about sector developments.
