Seeking a Digital Expert to support EHS and ESG solutions implementation and enhancement. This role combines digital expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative project work to deliver impactful results for sustainability-driven clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ESG reporting platform implementations, including system architecture design and data integration strategies
  • Facilitate client workshops to define technology requirements
  • Translate technical requirements into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops with cross-functional teams to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Design process maps that optimise ESG reporting workflows across departments
  • Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to benchmark client ESG capabilities
  • Support technology vendor evaluation processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of consulting experience focused on ESG, sustainability, or technology implementation
  • Proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimisation tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Demonstrated track record of successful client engagements and achieving measurable outcomes
  • Good proficiency in data analysis tools, visualisation platforms, and enterprise software systems
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with enterprise-level project management methodologies
