Operational Service Delivery Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage, supervise and mentor operational service delivery teams. As an Operational Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring staff consistently demonstrate professional and ethical conduct and provide high-quality services and support to people with intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and implement the delivery of accommodation support and respite services to people with intellectual disabilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and consistent service provision.
- Provide leadership and supervision to operational service delivery staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, 24-hour support to people with intellectual disabilities who access services.
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including people with disabilities, families, guardians, other government agencies and non-government organizations.
- Monitor the implementation of relevant legislative requirements, departmental policies and guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising operational service delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of human service quality standards and governance structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
