About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee efficient and effective delivery of IT services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of helpdesk technicians, fostering high performance and professional growth.

Manage day-to-day activities of the IT service delivery team, driving customer satisfaction and excellence.

Develop and implement service level agreements, monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure optimal support availability through staffing schedules, workload distribution and shift coverage.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring their IT needs are met effectively.

Communicate service updates, outages and resolutions clearly and professionally.

Requirements

Experience in IT service delivery management, preferably in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of IT frameworks and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.

Experience in managing remote or hybrid support teams.
