Job Title: Community Physiotherapist – North East/East Melbourne

Working Hours: 16-40hrs/week

Salary: A generous base salary + super + travel reimbursement + CPD allowance

Location: Melbourne

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a physiotherapist with HealthcareLink Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personable care to clients in their homes. You will treat a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning and rehabilitation. Your duties will include:

* Treating clients in their homes with a variety of conditions
* Providing collaborative falls management intervention, including exercise programs
* Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders
* Providing rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice

Essential Criteria:

* A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Current Full AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 1-year experience
* Valid driver's licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Police Check
* NDIS Workers Check
* Level 2 First Aid
* Professional indemnity insurance
* Flu vaccination
* COVID-19 vaccination
