About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As a Junior Research Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the research process, from project conception to final client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with research design and project management, including writing questionnaires, coordinating fieldwork, and conducting data analysis.
  • Perform hands-on analysis using Q software, create basic charts, and support storytelling and report writing.
  • Gain experience in qualitative research methods and help craft discussion guides and analyze qualitative data.
  • Work with a variety of social and commercial clients, helping to build strong client relationships and understand their unique needs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a market research agency, with a solid understanding of quantitative research fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of basic project management, survey design, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Q software and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
  • A desire to level up in qualitative research skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, commercial agency environment.
