Strategic UX Lead

We are seeking a seasoned UX professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive user-centric design across our portfolio of digital products.

  • This role involves developing and scaling UX frameworks, defining and evolving design systems, and leading cross-functional collaboration with UX leads, engineers, and product teams.
  • You will champion human-centred design and data-informed UX decision-making, ensuring UX practices align with Agile delivery methods and business goals.

A minimum of 8-12 years' experience in UX is required, with 5+ years in a strategic or lead role. You must have proven experience across complex digital ecosystems and design system development, strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and global collaboration.

Key skills include proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, experience working in Agile teams across multiple time zones, and a passion for human-centred design, usability metrics, and continuous improvement.

A degree in Human Interaction Design, UX, Computer Science, or related discipline is also required.
