Live Events Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering exciting live events across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Tour management: Drive tours from initial planning through to settlement, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Venue coordination: Manage venue requests and support tour development.
  • Financial oversight: Collaborate on tour budgets, oversee artist payments, and assist with forecasting.
  • Contracts & agreements: Review and execute venue hire agreements and artist contracts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the central link between teams, promoting communication and alignment.
  • Stakeholder communication: Keep all teams informed on responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
About this Role

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop strong connections with promoters, agents, venues, and managers. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing demands and deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines. You will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Live Events Project Manager who has a proven track record in managing live events, including tour management, venue coordination, and financial oversight. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly learn new systems. A passion for live entertainment and a commitment to delivering results are essential for this role.
