You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects, from the initial ideation through to completion.
This role will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to the objectives of the FCTG business.What you will be doingProviding leadership within the project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectationsDeveloping and managing project plans, schedules and budgetsManaging all aspects of project execution, conflicts and interdependencies in alignment with the approved project management planProviding timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to senior and executive managementPerforming risk management to minimise project risksContributing to the ongoing refinement and development of project management frameworksAbout you:2+ years of experience in production support and events project managementSkilled in handling creative and technical briefsExperience in fast-paced agency, events, media, or creative production environmentsDegree qualified desirable, preferred in Project or Event ManagementProven track record in effective leadership and experience in training andmentoring team membersA knowledge of all major suppliers and relevant MICE products and destinationsDemonstrated experience in projectmanagementwith the event management and productionindustryWhat's in it for you?
