Job Title: Event Project Manager

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of events by ensuring they are completed to deadline, project plans with event orders are in place. They will work closely with the Events Manager and other departments to align business strategy, marketing and communications with event plans.

This role involves preparing and ensuring the successful roll out of the events calendar, conference activation strategies, and evaluation and measurement of events implementation and roll out providing detailed reports to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing a variety of key stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes, maintenance and reporting of financial budgets, ticketing, and events data as required by compliance and indirect tax.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years + experience in an events related role
  • Proven skills and experience in complex, multi-stakeholder project management
  • Strong experience in event implementation with the ability to work on multiple events at once
  • Digitally savvy with proven experience delivering hybrid and digital events
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, able to work autonomously and part of a team to achieve set goals
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment with tight time frames
  • Risk mindset and proactive identification and understanding of current and future risks processes
