Project Manager Position

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFI's and submittals.
  • Provide technical support to the site team, ensuring all works are compliant with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets our high standards and client expectations.
  • Assist with cost control, variations, and progress claims.
  • Uphold and promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring all activities comply with WHS regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer, preferably within the commercial fit-out or construction sector.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in project management software Procore & Jobpac
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A humble, proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
