Human Resources Project Coordinator About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Project Coordinator to support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and previous experience in HR, project coordination, or administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and documentation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and effective project management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and feedback, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications to support project outcomes, effectively conveying information to various audiences.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, project coordination, or administration.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with effective presentation and reporting skills.
